Linear Actuators - 6 different types

Linear Actuators

PBC Linear® manufactures Linear Actuators, devices that create linear motion, often a linear guide with a motor that converts rotary motion to linear motion, including linear rails, bearings, nuts and a carriage (which is sometimes the bearing itself). The three primary drive mechanisms for most linear actuators are Ball Screw Actuators, Lead Screw Actuators and Belt Driven Actuators. The energy source we deliver with our products are NEMA motors, motor mounts or we leave a stub to be turned in another manner. Linear actuators can be further segmented by how the carriage or other moving element moves, such as via gliding linear slide technology, ball bearing profile rail or via pilllow block bearings on shafts attached to rails of various designs and composition.
