Hollow shaft concentricity ensures minimal screw runout, which improves the accuracy of the actuator's movement by maintaining the alignment of the screw within the motor. Preload on bearings effectively eliminates axial play, which refers to unwanted movement along the axis of the screw that can affect precision. Additionally, the assemblies include provisions for mounting encoders, allowing for precise feedback on the position and movement of the actuator. An optional "Smart Motor" Technology is available, providing 50% more torque to dramatically reduce cycle times.
