Lead Screw and Belt-Driven Linear Actuators of the UG (SIMO) series, featuring either high-speed cam roller carriages (v-wheels on v-rails), or the renowned self-lubricating FrelonGold® underliner beneath sliding anodized aluminum carriages. The SIMO process involves machining aluminum extrusions with synchronized cutters in one pass, ensuring rails with 6x less bow, 2x less twist, 2x better flatness, and 0.050 mm tolerances. The actuators support stepper motors, servo motors, and Ethernet communication, with motors or mounts for NEMA 17/23, 40/60 mm, or custom motors. These actuators offer low or tall profile rail heights and car and rail cross sections from 24 mm x 73 mm to 40 mm x 100 mm. The maximum payloads for this series is 1,348 lb (5,996 N) and stroke lengths up to 1,900 mm (74.8 in).
