The PBC Linear® Pillow Block Bearing series features self-lubricating Simplicity® Plain Linear Bearings encased in a self-aligning housing. The housing consists of an aluminum alloy mounting block, which provides both support for a rotating shaft and critical mounting stability.
The standard bearing liner is FrelonGOLD® designed for harsh, high temperature environments. An optional configuration can be Frelon®J for corrosive chemical environments or Frelon®W for FDA compliance. Optional stainless-steel housings can be provided (click on "Configuration") for food and drug handling machines.
Designed for vibration damping, this Pillow Block Bearing operates effectively across a wide temperature range of -400°F to 400°F (-240°C to 204°C). Machined to tighter tolerances than industry norms, these pillow blocks deliver enhanced accuracy for linear motion applications, as well as high load capacities and high speeds in harsh environments.
