We manufacture lead screw assemblies featuring screws made from 300 Series Stainless Steel, with a PTFE coating that reduces flaking and friction. Choose between 6, 8, or 10mm screw diameters and 1, 2, or 2.5 mm lead sizes. Our assemblies include round, triangular, and rectangular nuts, available in both traditional and anti-backlash designs. These assemblies are compatible with five motor frame sizes—NEMA 08, 11, 14, 17, and 23—and many come with motors, motor mounts, or base plates for motors, offered in both captive and non-captive motor configurations.
