The Simplicity® Plain Linear Bearings feature a self-lubricating PTFE FrelonGold® liner, ensuring maintenance-free operation in harsh environments across a wide temperature range. Our Linear Ball Bearings consist of an outer ring, steel balls, and a polymer cage, enabling smooth and precise linear motion without limits, and compared to plain bearings, they generate slightly less friction and can operate at higher speeds. Roller Bearing Pillow Blocks carry very heavy loads due to a larger rolling surface.
For the plain bearings, an optional Frelon®W liner is FDA compliant, while the optional Frelon®J liner can best handle harsh chemical contaminants.
