V-Guides feature steel V-wheel roller bearings on steel linear v-rails, available in the four industry standard sizes. The V-Wheels can be permanently sealed and lubricated with concentric or eccentric roller bearing bushings. The precision dual row angular contact design enhances performance. The V-Wheel roller bearings are made from 52100 bearing steel or 420 stainless steel, with options for 304 stainless steel or nitrile rubber seals. The linear rails are offered in 1045 carbon steel with or without a black oxide finish, as well as 400 series stainless steel. The V-wheels come in four sizes according to diameters of 20, 30, 45, and 60 mm. The bushings and v-rails are sized to match the wheels. PBC Linear® can deliver continuous rail lengths up to 6,000 mm (19.7 feet).
