CNC roll-threaded non-captive Lead Screws work perfectly with a "Constant Force Anti-Backlash nut" to provide superior performance, featuring 2-4 times less backlash over the life of the device. These lead screws are available in a variety of sizes and leads and are made from 300 Series Stainless Steel with a PTFE coating that eliminates screw flaking. The screw assemblies come with standard, round, triangle, and rectangle nuts in both traditional and anti-backlash designs. The Constant Force Technology nut utilizes a spring that applies uniform radial pressure to the nut at all stages of the motion profile, ensuring consistent performance. The lead accuracy of 0.003"/ft. (76 µm/300 mm) is three times better than typical industry specifications.
