Plain Linear Bearing - Square Flanged SFP16 1.00"

Plain Linear Bearing with a square flange and a 1" precision ID, designed to slide smoothly on both steel and ceramic-coated aluminum shafts. It features a self-lubricating FrelonGOLD® bearing liner that performs reliably with vibration damping in harsh conditions, enabling long-term, maintenance-free operation.

  • Precision running clearance on the inner diameter 0.0005” per side
  • Spherical 'Self-aligning' I.D. in the housing. Self-aligning housing
  • Standard Size - ISO Metric 
  • Square Flanged End Mount 
  • Closed aluminum housing with bearing Included
  • Self-Lubricating Bearing Liner: FrelonGOLD® is standard
  • Optional liners include Frelon®J for corrosive chemical environments & Frelon®W for FDA compliance 
  • Temperature Rating: -400°F/+400°F or -240°C/204°C
  • Inch, ISO metric and JIS metric sizing options   
  • Optional ID sizes are 3/16” to 4” Inch Series, 5mm to 80mm Metric
  • Choose between standard ID running clearance (0.0005" per side) and compensated ID running clearance (0.0015" per side) 
  • Maximum Speed: Up to 8 m/s (315 in/s) 
  • Shaft Lengths: Up to 12 feet 
  • Bearing Shell Material: Anodized aluminum; stainless steel shells are available
