Miniature ball screw assemblies made of 1050 steel consisting of a screw shaft and a nut, with a range of leads and small screw diameters of 6mm, 8mm and 10mm. Nema motors are delivered with many variants. Manufactured in the US, the ball screws are precision rolled for accuracy and consistency. These assemblies enable smooth linear motion and are available in both cylindrical and flanged nut configurations, with lead sizes of 1, 2, and 2.5 mm. They require less than one-third the torque of lead screws and allow for easier rotary-to-linear motion transfer compared to lead screws.
