Miniature Linear Guide with a 12mm base width and 100mm length with a ceramic coated aluminum linear rail and anodized aluminum carriage with a Precision Running Clearance. Leverages self-lubricating Simplicity® sliding bearing technology with FrelonGold® liner under the carriage.

  • 12mm base width and 100mm length ideal for compact applications
  • Precision Series: 0.025-0.051mm running clearance carriage to rail
  • Ceramic coated aluminum rail & anodized aluminum carriage, corrosion resistant

  • Undercarriage liner: self-lubricating FrelonGOLD® is maintenance-free & quiet 
  • Designed without rolling elements to avoid unexpected catastrophic failures.
  • Choose Precision or Compensated ID configurations to help with alignment, speed 
  • Slim and lightweight design ensures easy integration into existing systems
  • Maximum linear rail length is 3600mm (custom cuts via Configurations below)
  • Interchangeable with industry-standard ball style linear guides for straightforward replacement
