Tall Profile Uni-Guide™ Linear Slide Guides

Linear Slide Guides with a tall profile rail that offer long span rigidity, while the angled rail surface design prevents particulate build-up. Made with a ceramic coated aluminum rail and a standard anodized carriage featuring a FrelonGOLD® underliner, these guides use Gliding Surface Technology™ to ensure low wear, high load capacities, and maintenance-free operation. Their two-piece assembly allows for easy integration into new or existing systems, and the absence of metal-to-metal contact minimizes the risk of catastrophic failure. With vibration damping, shock resistance, and a height of 40 mm for enhanced rigidity, they are suitable for extremely short strokes and are available in interchangeable carriage lengths of 100, 150, and 200 mm, with rail lengths extending up to 3600 mm (141.7 in).
