JIS Linear Plain Bearing - FJCN150 150mm

The FJCN150 plain linear bearing for 150mm shafts is a larger variant within our FJCN series of open compensated linear plain bearings, adhering to the JIS metric standards. Its green anodized aluminum shell is a hallmark of this series, ensuring compatibility and interchangeability with other linear motion systems. Designed specifically for applications requiring end-supported shafting, it provides unparalleled shaft flexibility.

Features:

  • Open
  • Compensated ID running clearance of 0.0015" per side
  • Anodized Aluminum Outer Shell (Green)
  • Meets JIS tolerance standards, ensuring compatibility and precision.
  • Nominal ID of 150.21 mm and OD of 209.99 mm, intended for 150mm shaft diameters.
  • FrelonGOLD® is the default bearing liner, with Frelon® J and Frelon® W available as alternatives.
  • Self-lubricating to facilitate maintenance-free operation.
  • Capable of handling static loads up to 741,331 N (approximately 166,537 lbs), suitable for heavy-duty applications.
  • Suitable for use within a wide temperature range of -240°C to 204°C (-400°F to 400°F).
  • Benefits include vibration dampening for improved performance stability.
  • Additional options include urethane seals (for 20mm ID and larger), O-rings, and external lubrication features.
  • Customizable to specific needs through contact with an Application Engineer.

These bearings are designed for a variety of applications where durability, flexibility, and precision are critical. If you have specific needs or require further customization, please reach out for more detailed assistance.
