Ceramic Coated Aluminum Linear Shaft with a 1.25" diameter and 36" length, fused onto an Aluminum Alloy Linear Rail. The shaft is featherweight yet strong, boasting RC70 hardness, superior corrosion resistance, non-magnetic properties, vibration resistance, and immunity to splatter, paints, and contaminants. Use open versions of self-lubricating plain linear bearings but don't use ball bearings nor roller bearings. The linear rail segment is pre-drilled for mounting, while the shaft remains undrilled and untapped.
