Double Roller Bearing Pillow Block DPB-20-OPN-S 1.25" ID - Scrapers

Double Roller Bearing Pillow Block (DPB) with an open bearing style for a 1.25" Diameter Shaft, which has two sets of 3 opposing roller bearings while maintaining the standard size profile of a Single Roller Pillow Block (SPB); thus the term "Double." By contrast, a Twin Roller Pillow Block (TWN) also has two sets of 3 opposing roller bearings, but the TWN blocks are twice the size as if they were two SPBs fused together. 

• Double the load capacity of a Single Roller Bearing (SPB) Pillow Block
• Use a floating "F" part number for each opposing block on parallel shafts. F-DPB pillow blocks offer flexibility to acccomodate imperfect alignments
  
• Scraper mounted to each end made of spring-tempered beryllium copper 
  
• A set of opposing roller bearings consists of 1 fixed side roller, 1 eccentric side roller (to account for any misalignment) and a top support roller
• FUBK Series replacement kits include one new roller for each of 3 rollers in a set
• Order two replacement kits to cover the 2 sets of opposing bearings for DPB-20
