Double Roller Bearing Pillow Block DPB-16-OPN-SCP for a 1.00" Shaft, Scrapers, Chrome Plated

Chrome Plated Double Roller Bearing Pillow Block (DPB) for a 1" Diameter Shaft, chrome plated with scrapers on each end. The pillow block has two sets of 3 opposing roller bearings while maintaining the standard size open bearing profile of a Single Roller Pillow Block (SPB); thus the term "Double." By contrast, a Twin Roller Pillow Block (TWN) also has two sets of 3 opposing roller bearings, but the TWN blocks are twice the size as if they were two SPBs fused together. 

• Double the load capacity of a Single Roller Bearing (SPB) Pillow Block
• Use a floating "F" part number for each opposing block on parallel shafts. F-DPB pillow blocks offer flexibility to acccomodate imperfect alignments
  
• Scraper mounted to each end made of spring-tempered beryllium copper
  
• A set of opposing roller bearings consists of 1 fixed side roller, 1 eccentric side roller (to account for any misalignment) and a top support roller
• FUBK Series replacement kits include one new roller for each of 3 rollers in a set
