Twin Roller Pillow Block - Linear Bearing TWN-24-OPN-STG for a 1.5" Shaft Diameter, Scrapers, Grease Port

Twin (TWN) Roller Bearing Pillow Block for a 1.5" Diameter Shaft with a scraper on each end and a top grease lubrication port. Twin pillow blocks cover twice the space on a linear shaft as a single version. This pillow block has two sets of 3 opposing roller bearings mounted on this double sized twin housing, as if two Single Roller Pillow Blocks (SPB) were fused together to make a much larger bearing. This differs from the Double (DPB) Pillow Blocks which also have 2 sets of rollers but the DPB rollers are next to each other on a single sized product. 

• The twin TWN blocks, like the double DPB blocks, have two sets of 3 opposing rollers that double the load capacity of a Single Roller Bearing Pillow Block (SPB) which has just 1 set of 3 opposing rollers
  
• Each set of roller bearings consists of 1 fixed side roller, 1 eccentric side roller and a top support roller
  
• Floating pillow blocks should be used for each opposing block when running on parallel shafts.
• Scraper mounted to each end made of spring-tempered beryllium copper that conforms to the shaft diameter

• The eccentric opposing roller in each set helps account for any small misalignment
