Square Linear Bearing SBL162E ID: 1" Length: 4" w/ 2-sided Adjustable Frelon J plugs for Stainless Steel Shafting

Square Linear Bearing with a 1" diameter, 4" length, featuring 2 adjustable Frelon®J self-lubricating plugs on each of two adjacent sides (at right angles to each other) and Frelon pads on the opposing sides for smooth, corrosion-resistant sliding on a stainless steel square shaft. Crafted from anodized aluminum, this low-maintenance bearing excels in harsh environments and is often used as a durable wear cushion. The extended bearing length enables longer cantilever arms.

  • Total of 4 Adjustable Frelon®J plugs secured with removable Loctite thread locker
  • Plug Options: Standard APN16E plug with Frelon®J for stainless steel shafting; APN16 plug with FrelonGOLD® available for steel shafting applications
  • Self-Lubricating: Simplicity® technology withstands harsh environments
  • Load Capacity: Max static load of 450 lb per Frelon®J plug
  • Bearing Surface Area: 0.300 in² for efficient load distribution
