Linear Shaft made of 1060 Carbon Steel featuring a diameter of 1/4" and a length of 3", rated Class L, the highest level of Precision Tolerance and Standards Compliance.. Manufactured by PBC Linear® as RC 60 Plus case-hardened steel, the shaft is not drilled nor tapped, but you can click "Configure & Quote" below for such modifications, including custom lengths. For linear motion, we recommend using roller bearing pillow blocks or self-lubricating Simplicity® plain linear slide bearings or linear ball bearings.

Length tolerance:
